Privacy Policy
The built-in renaming features work on your device. They do not upload your file contents, names or paths.
Your files
Nomio reads file names and basic file information, such as size and modification date. It renames files locally after you grant folder access. Removing a file from the preview only excludes it from the batch; it does not delete the file.
Saved settings and reports
Custom numbering sequences and scripts are saved in your browser on this device. Clearing the site’s browsing data removes them. Your selected files and unsaved rule settings reset when you leave or reload the page.
If a batch fails, you can select Save error details to download its results to your device. These include folder paths and file names, so check them before sharing.
Website requests
Your browser connects to our hosting provider to load Nomio. Hosting and network providers may process information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website.
The app code does not include Clarity or a session-recording script.
Custom scripts
Custom scripts run on your device, but they can also make network requests. Only use code you understand and trust. Scripts run during preview, not just when you rename files, so the no-upload promise for built-in features does not cover custom code you choose to run.
